• The Capital Improvement and Repair Fund total $ 6,578.00. Please send in your donation for the new air conditioning system.
• Your Holupkie (stuffed cabbage) orders are due to today, talk to a Women’s Guild member.
• The Women’s Guild meets today after church.
• The next Church Council Meeting is Tuesday, July 15th at 1:30.
• The next Senior Moments meeting will be at 2:00 pm on July 16th.
• Coffee Hour is hosted by Nora Moussa and Christine Tsolakis.

Our beloved brother in Christ Mr. Michael Konfederak passed away on Friday morning, July 4th. Visitation will be held on Tuesday night (July 8th) from 6:00 until 8:00 pm and Wednesday (July 9th) at 9:30 am at Lemon Bay Funeral Home in Venice. The funeral will be held at Holy Spirit Orthodox Church at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 9th. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to Holy Spirit Orthodox Church.

• Families are still needed for donations of Blue altar cloths.  We almost have a complete set, as we just received a donation for the green altar clothes.  Thank you to everyone who has participated in this important liturgical aspect of our community. 
• Don’t Forget Food for the Needy.  The basket in the foyer of the church is provided for your food donation to the poor.  Remember the poor, these donations are always given to those in need. Please be sure that the products have not expired.
• Please sign up to help clean the church.  A sign-up sheet is posted on the bulletin board.  Keep in mind that it is very difficult for the “same people” to continue this ongoing effort every week. Whatever you can do will be of great help!

Senior Moments will resume sometime in July due to the upcoming air conditioning work and events at Holy Spirit Church.  Jeff will be rescheduling the seminars; watch the bulletin for dates and times.  Please make plans to join us for a good discussion!

Happy Birthday to Mrs. Jeannie Senat (Senofsky) on June, 6th , Manuela Ponderu (June, 12), Sophie Dubinka (June,15) and Michael Konfederak (June,16). Congratulations to Eric Swanson who graduated from high school on Friday, June, 6th.  Also Happy 50th Golden Wedding Anniversary to Stratis and Hermione Gryparis on Sunday, June 29th.  Many, Many Years!!

The Women’s Guild sponsored a Holupkie (stuffed cabbage) “Pilot Project” in June which was very successful.  The Women’s Guild has decided to continue their efforts on July 8th.  Holupkie will be available for $2.00 each. A Very Big Thank You to the Women’s Guild for their check of $2,000.00 to the Capital Improvement and Repair Fund.  The Women’s Guild continues to inspire us by their commitment to our community and their on-going efforts to support Holy Spirit Church.  Thank you ladies!

• The Apostle’s Fast begins on Monday, June 23rd and runs through Saturday, June 28th.
• The Feast of Sts. Peter and Paul will be celebrated on Sunday, June 29th.
